Link Lockers has completed the fitting out of the male and female changing areas at the Arena Health and Fitness Club, part of the Ricoh Arena complex, the new home of Coventry City Football Club.
Both sets of changing facilities offer 120 compartments of Link's Aquarius range of lockers, installed in a two-tier configuration with each compartment containing a hanging rail and two coat hooks.
Operation is via a £1 coin return locking system which provides the user with a wristband for the duration of their stay. The locking mechanism is designed to allow simple replacement of the lock cylinder in case of key loss or retention by a user.
The lockers are complemented by the company's 'A' range of benches, which - like the Aquarius design - it says is deal for wet area application and easy to clean around.
The Arena club is specified to accommodate 3000 members and provides about 110 stations of cv and strength kit. It also has the use of the running area around the football pitch, which is lit for evening use. Additionally, there is a dedicated youth gym for 8-16 year olds and two dance studios.
