SCIFIT has created an in-depth user set-up guide that goes through each 'behind the scenes' setting of the Intelli-Fit console.
Customers can decide if they want to customise their Intelli-Fit console to fit their specific needs or stay with the default factory settings.
Six new, innovative programmes are featured on the latest version of the console, including Fit-Quik, Power Burst, Heart-Fit Test, Heart-Fit Training, Power-Fit Test and
Power-Fit Training.
These are in addition to the existing manual, heart rate, constant work, random, hill profiles and Iso-Strength to give the user a wider choice and measurable performance improvement.
The company has also announced that a Cardiovascular Training and Intelli-Fit System Guide will be available soon, revealing the science behind its Intelli-Fit programmes.
