Optimal Life Fitness has been educating trainers from a range of different facilities into the world of Kettlebells.
Personal trainers from financial services company Morgan Stanley have received the company's REPs accredited Extreme Kettlebell Instructor Course and been supplied with a full range of kettlebells and racks.
Following on from this, Optimal Fitness has revealed that it is now embarking on installations at other top name corporate entities.
On mainland Europe, the company has started the installation of Extreme Kettlebells at all of the Fitness First Clubs in Holland, along with the education of the gym chain's personal trainers. Optimal Fitness says that the introduction of kettlebells to Holland is expected to see them filter across the rest of the European market over the next two years.
One of London's most exclusive private health clubs has also taken on the services of Optimal Fitness, with trainers at the KX Gym in Chelsea having already received kettlebell instruction and expecting to see the installation of both kettlebells and racks in September.
Elsewhere, the Esporta health club chain has already received two exclusive kettlebell courses from Optimal Fitness and as its gyms are refurbished a team will educate the instructors on kettlebell training.
