On 12 September, ISPA will welcome Marcus Buckingham back to the ISPA Conference & Expo as the keynote speaker. Buckingham is a bestselling author and a leading authority on employee productivity and best practices of leadership and management. He previously spoke at ISPA in 2010 and will provide attendees with insights on how they can harness and apply unique employee strengths and how those strengths can translate into long-term success for their organisations.
