Through the Q App mobile ordering platform, fans can use their mobile phones to place food and drink orders within West Bromwich Albion Football Club's The Hawthorns stadium.
As well as removing the need to carry cash, the mobile application Q App is designed to let supporters avoid queuing to make their orders, while also enabling staff to process more orders and promote special offers.
Fans can order from their mobile phone before and during the game.
Staff can view the orders on the supplied Q App tablet and pre-prepare the products, which the fans then collect at their chosen time and location.
Payments are taken via a customers’ credit card at the time of ordering to accelerate the collection process and remove the possibility of fraud or venues having to foot the cost of non-collected products.
