Strength And Power equipment was launched at the Bodypower expo, where 60,000 fitness enthusiasts were able to try out stretch cord training.
As load is not determined by gravity, rather an anchor point, a wide range of exercise can be achieved.
Where the anchor point is another individual; such as when used as battle ropes, it's great fun.
Without the limitations of a weighted load a range of resistance can be achieved from one product. Ideal for a wide range of users, such as in boot camps or sports teams.
At Bodypower it was personal trainers and camp organisers that appreciated not just the flexibility of
the kit, but also how lightweight and easy to carry or store the SAP exercise kit it is.
There are multiple uses that can be achieved in one piece of kit such as _ functional strength, over-speed training, with a SAP bar, foot work with cones and a predator belt.
SAP exercise equipment is a mix of 6m, 3m and 1.2m stretch cords, SAP bar with rotating anchors at each end, the predator belt, anchor points, handles and four strength of stretch cord. All kit has a carabiner or clip at each end for anchoring or attaching a handle.
