The International Spa Association (ISPA) is bringing its popular virtual Town Hall Series to Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, live and in-person from 2-4 May for the 2022 ISPA Conference.
ISPA hosted 11 vital Town Halls in 2020 and eight further sessions in 2021, but none will be as critical for industry professionals as the two sessions in May.
With a pair of extremely pertinent topics in store for attendees, these will be two must-see sessions packed with relevant expert insights.
ISPA members drive the focus of education for each ISPA Conference, and this year they’ve chosen to centre the Town Hall discussions on “The Future of Spa” (featuring executives from Accor, Canyon Ranch, Massage Heights and Sensei) and “Talent Strategies in the Age of the Great Resignation” (featuring workforce experts from inside and outside the industry).
ISPA is striving to provide attendees with a forecast of the industry in a post-pandemic world, along with a pointed exploration of the most important aspects of retaining and recruiting top talent.
The ultimate goal is to arm attendees with actionable takeaways that will serve to refresh and rejuvenate spa professionals whose idea stores may be running low amid high demand and limited staffing.
