Relocatable and temporary buildings company, SGB Rovacabin has designed, specified, planned and installed a new gym training facility for Plymouth Argyle FC.
The work at the club's Home Park ground took a little over four weeks and enables first team players to train on site.
Designed with extra high ceilings (3m) to allow additional headroom for the fitness equipment, the floors were also to a bespoke specification to take the weight of it.
Since the site is undergoing a major redevelopment, the cabin has also been designed to be extremely portable as it will need to be moved around the ground easily.
SGB Rovacabin provides portable accommodation and secure storage to sectors such as health facilities, offices, industrial sites, canteens, sales and marketing suites, classrooms and nurseries.
A wide range of exterior finishes is available and exteriors can be customised to match any corporate or badging requirements, as was the case at Home Park.
The units themselves consist of steel framed building sections, typically 3m x 12m, which can be linked horizontally or stacked up to three high.
They are vandal proof and fire resistant and a choice of rent, buy or lease options is available.
