Toro has unveiled the latest addition to its Workman MD line-up, the Workman MDE electric-powered utility vehicle.
Said to provide the same power and performance as the company's mid-duty petrol models, the MDE comes with extended-run batteries to maximise battery capacity.
In addition to this, the vehicle is also equipped with a regenerative braking system, which works in a similar way to the KERS system currently being used in Formula One, by converting some of its kinetic energy into a stored form of energy rather than being lost as heat.
In a further bid to increase the machine's efficiency and productivity, a new coil-over shock absorber suspension has been added to improve ride comfort and safety.
