With the government's free swimming scheme now in full swing, Zoggs has teamed up with leisure operators, DC Leisure, to provide customised classes to support the under 16s and over 60s.
Silver Swimmer sessions for over 60s are free online swimming programmes to help make the activity easier and more enjoyable while the kids and family sessions are intended to both educate and entertain.
Parents and children can learn about the benefits of swimming, and are able to choose from a series of fitness-based and fun sessions.
