Blackpool Pleasure Beach is to use point-of-sale solutions by technology solutions provider to leisure markets Accesso for the 2016 season.
The Lancashire-based amusement park will use the Accesso LoQueue ride reservation system for five years, and is adding the technology firm’s Accesso Siriusware point-of-sale and guest management capabilities, including front gate ticketing, season pass processing, access control, group sales, gift card management, food and beverage and retail point-of-sale.
Tom Burnet, Accesso CEO said: “This agreement reinforces our strategy of offering a wide range of leading technology solutions to the global attractions market.”
Blackpool will become the first operator in Europe to adopt the Accesso Siriusware solution since Accesso acquired Siriusware, Inc. in December 2013.
