A variety of Clay Paky moving lights are being used in the Ice Age Live show adaptation of the 20th Century Fox ‘Ice Age’ animation movies.
Belgium-based creative visual design practice, Painting With Light, designed the lighting which uses Clay Paky models to help the process of matching and texturing the ice and the props.
A trussing grid installed above the ice provides positions for most of the lighting as well as flying facilities for performers and props.
Clay Paky’s Alpha 1500 series, including 32 Spot HPEs and 26 Profiles, are dotted all over the grid.
