Playing cards from PocketFit are providing a novel way to encourage exercise and healthy eating habits among adults and children alike.
PocketFit's cards come in two exercise decks, one with 52 different exercises, one with a full body workout, as well as a diet deck consisting of 52 snacks and meals.
These can be used by personal trainers to give to their clients between gym visits or as a planning aid for training sessions.
Additionally, a Kidz "Animal Fun" card deck has been introduced for 4-11 year olds in a bid to get children active. There are 13 animal role play exercises in total, which are also designed to educate and entertain.
