The residency will feature one to one appointments with Beata Aleksandrowicz
Renowned massage expert Beata Aleksandrowicz has announced a three day wellness residency at the Dormy House Hotel and Spa in the Cotswolds.
The event will take place between 5 and 7 May and will feature one to one appointments where guests will be able to experience a personalised spa journey.
The 90 minute sessions feature a pre-treatment consultation and a massage from Beata herself.
It will also include postural, dietary and wellness advice with life-coaching, positive inspiration and affirmations. Guests will also be given an individual wellness plan.
The sessions are designed to revitalise the mind and re-energise the body, using Beata’s signature Body Movement Pure Massage technique.
The Body Movement Pure Massage is a unique method, fusing eastern and western techniques, that is designed to deliver a modern and effective experience without the use of oil.
It features gentle rocking movements designed to completely relax the muscles. This is then followed by intense muscle work and stretching to leave the client feeling relaxed, refreshed and full of energy. The client remains fully clothed throughout the process.
The session concludes with a personalised consultation focused on wellness, that will offer advice on posture, postural awareness, body alignment, stretching, diet, lifestyle and how to be present.
